On 17th August, under the organisation of Zhejiang Jiruixing Building Energy Efficiency Co., Ltd, more than 20 partners with a total of over 40 people of the exchange group visited Shanghai Earthmother R & D and production base, the field to understand the R & D and production situation of Earthmother.

This is Shanghai Earthmother R & D production base this year ushered in the third batch of concentrated guests.  In the current market environment, the public is quite curious about the operational dynamics and R&D direction of the head manufacturers, and we believe that through this visit, we will have a more intuitive and deeper feeling about Earthmother.

Introduction to company development, corporate culture and production layout

The visitors first listened to the introduction of Earthmother brand and enterprise development in the conference room and learnt about Earthmother's enterprise culture, development history current production layout and overall scale.

Product Development Trend Communication

Subsequently, Earthmother's product development department introduced the latest R & D trends to the visitors, and exchanged the characteristics and advantages of the new products, through cases and experimental data to further analyse the practical significance of the market landing.

Factory Tour

After listening to the relevant introduction, accompanied by the person in charge of the factory, guests visited the production plant and gained a detailed understanding of the extruded panel production line, light aluminium panel production line, R&D laboratory, joint simulation laboratory of Beijing Technology and Business  University and the auxiliary materials operation centre one by one.

The familiar Earthmother XPS underfloor heating insulation aluminium boards are produced in this base, and the first batch of CO2 foaming production lines in China were also deployed here.

Production Line & Lab Tour

Through the field understanding of the production capacity, technology and operation of the Earthmother factory, the partners of the comprehensive strength of the Earthmother have a more intuitive and profound cognition, and, also establish a more firm relationship of trust between each other.
