I. Project overview

Insulation material: Earthmother building energy-saving insulation board 50mm thickness, flame retardant grade B1, surface brushing process

Specific practice: grass-roots cleaning → laying waterproof layer → pipe root fixing → laying heat insulation layer → plastering mortar → laying roof tiles

II. Construction process

1, before construction to ensure that the grass-roots surface to keep clean and dry, if the flatness is worse, need to do leveling treatment.

2, laying waterproof layer, using waterproof coating words, laying thickness of not less than 2mm, waterproof layer should be done after the completion of the roof shower test.

3, sealing and strengthening treatment for nodes such as drop inlet, daughter wall and flue outlet out of roof.

4, laying insulation board, using staggered splicing, the smaller the gap the better. If the gap is large, you can use polyurethane and other filling materials

5, after the insulation layer is paved, use 3mm anti-cracking mortar + anti-cracking mesh cloth to do plaster leveling.

6, Finally, the roof tiles can be constructed.
