Last week, Earthmother members went on a hiking trip over the mountains to enjoy the spring scenery. This time, we went to Suzhou Dongshan Mountain. On the day of the trip, God seemed to want to dampen our enthusiasm, and it was raining continuously. However, the mountain covered with rain looked more attractive.

Looking upwards from the foot of the mountain, the heart was in a state of euphoria. Before entering the mountain, Earthmother buddies had a game warm-up session, followed by the challenge which was planned to be 6 hours long with a total journey of more than 11km, and started in high passion and laughter.

The road is slippery in rainy days, the leader always reminds us to slow down and pay attention to safety. But what he didn't know is that Earthmother partners who love sports are all capable of marathon, cross-country running, cycling, etc., and this kind of scene will only become more and more exciting. Finally climbed to the top of the Mori Peak, challenge Dongshan twenty-four bay ancient road, the whole trip only used 4 hours. The leader was helpless and said, "You guys are the fastest class I've ever led! And it was still raining!

Environmentalism Practitioners

For those who love the outdoors, every cross-country trek through the mountains is an opportunity to get in touch with nature. On this hike, we follow the concept of environmental protection and leave no rubbish. While not creating rubbish, we also take away the rubbish we see along the way.

Each team brought along trash tongs and plastic bags, and all the way down the road with bulging rubbish bags in their hands, we all felt proud of ourselves and did another meaningful thing for Mother Earth. We were proud of ourselves and did something meaningful for Earth Mother. We are the environmental practitioners and rubbish terminators in the hiking world.

Earthmother 2024 First Quarter Employee Meeting

Going all out at work, leaving worries behind and having fun during the reunion, this is Earthmother staff's attitude towards work and life!

After the reunion, Earthmother partners changed from outdoor clothes to professional clothes, and the staff meeting for the first quarter of 2024 was held as scheduled.

The highlight of each quarterly meeting is the eye-catching Best Creative Award, and this quarter also saw the birth of three Contribution Award winners, who are:

01 Jiang Dehao and Hu Chaoqi, Brand Operation Department - Building energy-saving products and marketing solutions;

02 Wang Jiale, Product Development Department - High Pulling Force Clips;

03 Meng Ying and Zhou Wenwen, Finance Department - Invoicing system upgrade.

After the red envelopes were handed out, the first quarter work report of each department began. Colleagues from all over the region have not seen each other for a long time, but also take this opportunity to enhance communication, understand each other's work progress, and provide more possibilities for collaboration between departments. At the end of the report, it was the election of the person in charge of the supply chain, Yin Fanglie, lived up to the expectations and successfully ran for the election.

Zheng Shu, head of the Southwest Region of the Sales Department, and Huang Hao, head of the Brand Operations Department, went through a six-month posting inspection period, and were unanimously recognised by the Management and Earthmother staff to be appointed and formally become the head of the department.

At the end of the meeting, Liu Chong, the founder of Earthmother, who has not been seen for a long time, came to the scene and chattered with everyone. He brought the latest breakthroughs and results - the good news of success in graduate school, to share with you the 3 years of the examination process, the feeling of dedicated learning. Behind the good news is more than ordinary people to pay double the effort, his spirit of hard work is worth every Earthmother partner to learn.
