Construction Process

1.Raw ground treatment

Dry floor heating has extremely high requirements on the flatness of the original ground. According to relevant standards, the original ground must meet the installation requirements that the height difference within 2 meters is not greater than 2mm. Therefore, before laying the floor heating, this case first made a self-leveling leveling for the original ground.

After the self-leveling is completed, you only need to wait until the ground flows into a mirror surface and freezes and solidifies. It does not need to be sprinkled for maintenance. Generally, the surface layer can be constructed after 3 days.

2. Installation of light aluminum plate and heating cable

The EPS thermal insulation material at the bottom can effectively prevent the loss of floor heating heat, which can save energy and ensure the effect of floor heating. During installation, it is fixed by buckles, which require high construction precision. It must be operated strictly according to the construction drawings to be stuck smoothly. Otherwise, the insulation material may be misplaced later, which will affect the fixing of the heating cable.

Cut light aluminum plate

When the laying area is less than the area of the entire light aluminum plate, it is necessary to measure the size and cut it accurately. Traditional thermal insulation materials only need a utility knife to complete the cutting, while light aluminum panels require a special cutting machine to cut.

Fixed heating cable

After the light aluminum plate is laid, there is no need for cable ties or staples, just press the heating cable into the card slot to fix it. The distance between the card slots is 10cm, the distance is uniform, and the installation is convenient and efficient.

Finished effect

After the construction of dry electric floor heating is completed, wooden floors can be directly laid on the floor heating. The height of the completed construction (including the floor) is about 2.8cm, which is very suitable for users who care aout floor height.

Since there is no backfill layer to affect the heat dissipation speed of the floor heating, the room can be raised to a comfortable temperature within 30 minutes after the floor heating is turned on.

In the later use, the owner can turn off the floor heating when he leaves home during the day, and then turn on the floor heating when he returns home. This not only avoids part of the energy waste caused by the traditional floor heating, but also greatly reduces his own floor heating costs.
