What we are going to renovate today is an English-style garden house located on Huating Road, with a total height of three and a half floors. After the owner gets the house, he plans to renovate it on the original site. Although owning such a beautiful English-style garden house is enviable, it also faces some "beautiful troubles" when it comes to heating.

"Potential problems"

1. High heating energy consumption

Due to the large heating area of ​​the villa, the power consumption will be very high, which puts higher requirements on floor heating insulation materials. A good insulation layer can reduce indoor heat loss and achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.

2. Uneven heating

The villa has a large residential area, and a large amount of hot water circulation heating requires professional program design. If there is no reasonable planning for heat supply and distribution, uneven indoor temperature distribution may easily occur, affecting living comfort.

3. Inflexible use

In this three-and-a-half-story villa, the owner's daily living and activity areas are not fixed. If the traditional water heating is turned on every day, it will inevitably cause waste.

① Dry floor heating has high requirements on the flatness of the floor. Before laying, clean the floor first, remove raised impurities and cement lumps to make sure it’s clean, flat and dust-free.

②Laying turning universal head firstly from wall, then put straight panels inside. Maintain grooves alignment between straight panel and turning universal head

③ Where the room corridor crosses the area, the piping will be more complicated and requires flexible use of universal heads for careful planning. With the help of on-site technical guidance, Mr. Guo simulated the pipe direction by drawing auxiliary lines.

④After the laying is completed, the joints between the aluminum plates need to be fixed with Fiberglass Aluminium Foil Tape to avoid abnormal noise that may be caused by stepping on them later.

⑤ For the marked wardrobe location in the room, there is no need to panels underneath, just use high-pressure XPS boards to fill them.

⑥The manifold on each floor is located in the bathroom. The bathroom area uses wet floor heating and later tiling.

⑦In order to ensure better heating effect of floor heating, Mr. Guo uses double circuit piping method to avoid uneven heating and cooling of floor heating.
