1. Check the manifold

Floor heating coils can not have splicing, must be a pipe, if you can not distinguish then confirming with the construction worker again and again is necessary; observation of the pipe whether there are scratches, or serious friction marks, which may affect the service life of the pipeline; floor heating coils should be a uniform spacing, or else it is easy to lead to uneven heat transfer, affecting the heating effect. For φ16 pipe spacing should be 15cm, φ20 pipe spacing should be 20cm, reasonable angle of pipe bending when coiling.

4. Acceptance of pressure test

After the initial installation is completed need to carry out a pressure test to check the tightness of the loops, which is very important. Generally, the constructor will help to inspect, the test results are qualified with no seepage or leakage.

Once the pressure test is complete, it's time to backfill the floor heating. Wet backfill is usually done with pea gravel concrete, but some homeowners choose to backfill with gypsum-based self-leveling so that the backfill layer will be thinner and save floor height. However, it should be noted that the self-leveling should choose high thermal conductivity models, so as not to affect the floor heating heat dissipation effect.
