A decade ago, the underfloor heating auxiliary materials market was, quite literally and ethically, grey. To cut costs, recycled plastics, industrial waste, and even medical waste were widely used. Faced with this reality, Earthmother chose a more difficult path—one that prioritized integrity over shortcuts.

In 2014, we introduced the industry’s first XPS Board. More than defining a color, it established a standard: 100% virgin raw materials, with zero compromise. From this foundation of purity, we extended the same rigor across every component—from reflective films to reinforcement layers—building a complete building envelope system tailored to real-world construction challenges in China.
