We randomly followed a project, on the construction site, and found a lot of details and processing difficulties,which may be encountered in your home renovation, I hope this issue of the case can give you some reference to the construction of the practical operation~

02 Construction Process

1) Sweep the floor, shoveling the corners of the walls and the unevenness of the floor.

Dry underfloor heating has high requirements for floor leveling and needs to be pre-treated for subsequent laying of underfloor heating modules to be tight and level.

2) Laying turning universal head firstly from the wall, then putting straight panels inside;

3) The grooves need to be carefully aligned.

4) It can put high compressive XPS boards beneath wardrobes and cupboards;

5) It should use Fiberglass Aluminium Foil Tape to seal the gaps between panels to prevent heat loss and use a knife to cut through the tape on the grooves

6) Use high compressive XPS board at manifold area and use foam hot melt knife to open grooves.

7) Let's take a final look at the finished floor.

03 Construction Difficulties

①Shaped area installation rounded sunny study room

Try to lay EZ300pro while ensuring an even number of pipelines. According to the direction of the coil, lay universal heads on both sides, then lay a straight plate in the middle. Measure the length and cut the light aluminum plate appropriately. This is to ensure that as many pipes as possible are routed to increase the coverage area and maximize the heating effect.

②The open space near the side of the manifold needs to be fitted with cupboards and no pipework can be run underneath, while the concentration of pipework at the manifold requires re-routing of the coils with multi-slotted panels.

Under the guidance of the technical instructor, Mr Zhou chose to split two ways to lay the pipeline from the other end, to cover the dining room and guest bedroom heating area. And according to the number of pipelines, equipped with 8-slot or 10-slot plates in the dense pipeline.

③There is a height difference between the second bedroom and the living room, with the second bedroom being 2cm higher than the living room.

Pipes are laid smooth down and the pipes are completely covered with a thick paste dry mix grey at a later stage. The whole house uses a wet and dry mix paving process, with the second bedroom directly laying wood flooring and the living room thickly plastered with ceramic tiles to ensure the smoothness of the decorative floor layer at a later stage.
