Earthmother - Jiangsu Thermal Insulation Material Production Centre

Earthmother XPS production base in Jiangsu is a modern factory integrating R&D, production and office, which was built by Shanghai Earthmother. Covering an area of 30 acres, the actual plant area of 14,000 square metres. The factory area is divided into office area, R&D building area, dry floor heating workshop in A area and XPS workshop in B area.

Earthmother is not only known in the industry for its quality but also for its stable, timely and reliable production capacity, which has won the trust of our customers. Our extruded panel workshop covers an area of 10,000 square metres and has three CO2 extruded panel lines, achieving a monthly production capacity of 1.2 million square metres. The dry floor heating workshop covers an area of 3,000 square metres and achieves a monthly capacity of 55,000 square metres.

The products produced by Jiangsu base are not only supplied to the field of floor heating insulation but also fully applied in various industries. Among them, the insulation needs of refrigerated trucks, insulation panels for building facades, roof insulation for villa passive houses, airport runways, etc. are also our key projects. Based on thermal insulation, focus on research and development, and comprehensive application this is our XPS base unchanging purpose and pursuit.

Earthmother - Yixing Thermal Insulation Material Manufacturing Base

Earthmother's EPS production base covers an area of 6,000 square metres, using a floor space of 7,500 square metres. It is a professional manufacturer of EPS, EPP, EPO, EPE and other foam products and various kinds of environmentally friendly floor heating panels. At present, the EPS production base has 3 sets of EPP moulding machines imported from Germany, 9 sets of domestic high-end EPS moulding machines, 2 sets of integrated underfloor heating laminating equipments (EU), and 2 sets of split-type moulding equipments (CN).

There are 18 sets of storage silos and 10 sets of pressurised material tanks. The plant is capable of producing 500,000 square metres of floor heating module boards in a single month.

EPS production base with strong manufacturing capacity, business areas in addition to the core floor heating module, while facing the warm pass industry outside, expanding the related product lines. Within the industry, there are common EPP manifold boxes, fresh air exchange chassis and so on. Outside the HVAC industry, our field business covers sporting goods, children's toys, food packaging, pharmaceutical cold chain packaging and automotive EPP/EPS lightweight structural components.
