On Monday, the Earthmother Jiangsu Factory was buzzing with energy, as a group of skilled craftsmen from across the country gathered for the inaugural session of the “Earthmother Certified Construction Training Camp”.
Some traveled through the night, others carried heavy toolkits, all driven by the same goal:

This was Earthmother’s first nationwide open recruitment. Within just a few days of launching, nearly 200 craftsmen from various provinces had applied. Given the highly practical and intensive format of the training, only a select group were chosen for the first session. The remaining applicants will be invited gradually, ensuring that everyone eager to learn and grow will eventually join Earthmother’s training journey.
