On September 27th, some dealers in Zhejiang region went to visit two production bases in Jiangsu province, exchanged ideas with the person in charge of the factory, discussed with each other, and got a comprehensive understanding of the production process of floor heating insulation materials.

Jiangsu Earthmother XPS production base is Shanghai Earthmother investment to build a set of R & D, production, office in one of the modern factories. Covering an area of 30 mu, a plant area of 14,000 square meters.

The base is mainly responsible for the production and manufacture of Earthmother energy-saving blue board and Earthmother white crystal board, the domestic carbon dioxide foam extruded plastic board production line is deployed here.

Visiting dealers friends listened carefully to the introduction of the Earthmother factory, Earthmother brand department operation sharing, and in the factory accompanied by the person in charge visited the production line, laboratory, auxiliary materials running center.

Yixing Earthmother production base is Earthmother professional production EPS, EPP, EPO, EPE and other foam products and a variety of environmentally friendly floor heating insulation board manufacturing plant.

The factory production line covers EPS and other types of material production lines, modular floor heating auxiliary material production equipment imported by Earthmother from Italy, as well as the research and development of live off the mold technology split equipment are here.
